Refund & Cancellation Policy

Students are eligible for a 100% full refund if requested at least 24 hours prior to the official batch start date or before accessing any recorded course modules, whichever comes first. Refund requests must be submitted via our official support email (support@aitechbd.net) with transaction proof.

Once video content has been accessed, refund requests will only be considered within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase provided the student has viewed less than 15% of the total course video duration and has submitted no coursework/assignments. Accounts exceeding 15% consumption are not eligible for a refund.

Proprietary digital downloads, including downloadable AI prompt packs, source code repositories, software templates, and e-books, are strictly non-refundable once the download link or raw prompt asset has been revealed or accessed.

If AI TECH BD cancels a scheduled live course batch or delays commencement by more than fourteen (14) calendar days, enrolled learners are entitled to either: (a) a 100% immediate full refund processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method (bKash/bank), or (b) a free transfer to any subsequent batch of equal value.

If the primary advertised lead instructor for a live specialization course is replaced before the start of the course, students will receive prompt notification and may claim a 100% full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of notice prior to course commencement.

In the rare event of persistent platform server downtime or technical video streaming unavailability exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours that prevents course consumption, affected students may request a pro-rated refund or equivalent platform credit toward another course.
